Allen is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with nearly two decades of experience as a consultant and industry thought leader. He specializes in guiding companies through periods of significant growth or restructuring, providing strategic financial and operational guidance.
Allen has a proven track record in supporting successful transactions, from IPOs to smaller acquisitions valued up to $30 million. He possesses a deep understanding of financial modeling, M&A due diligence, and operational improvement initiatives.
A CPA with an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rhodes College and a Master’s in Accounting, Allen brings a wealth of experience from prior experience in Big 4 and consulting firms.
Prior to founding BAO, Allen served as CFO of Lindsey Health helping guide the business through multiple transactions. Allen resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two daughters.
