Ben has dedicated his career to advancing financial excellence in professional services firms. With sixteen years of expertise in accounting and financial leadership, he has held roles in the C-suite and as a Controller, bringing a deep understanding of financial operations and strategic oversight. Ben has substantial experience supporting private equity firms and corporate buyers in assessing merger and acquisition targets, audit readiness, SEC reporting, accounting policies, financial planning and analysis, and SOX compliance. He has worked extensively with both public and private companies across diverse sectors, including energy, technology, consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, and financial services.
Prior to founding BAO, Ben served as COO of Lindsey Health helping guide the business through the most recent global pandemic. Ben resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two sons.
