Jack brings to BAO over nine years of accounting and finance experience across various industries in the public and private markets including entertainment, technology, energy, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors. Specializing in both operational and technical accounting, he helps organizations streamline processes and drive financial performance. Prior to joining BAO, Jack served in roles including interim controller, and other advisory services such as SEC reporting, audit readiness, SOX compliance, financial planning and analysis, and finance transformation services.
Originally from Georgia, Jack now resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two dogs.
