John brings to BAO over eight years of accounting and finance experience across various industries in private markets including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and commercial services. Specializing in both operational and technical accounting, he helps organizations streamline processes and drive financial performance. Prior to joining BAO, John served in roles including interim controller and revenue director, and performed other advisory services such as audit readiness, software revenue recognition assessment, financial planning and analysis, and sell-side financial statement carve-out.
Originally from Mississippi, John now resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and son and two dogs.
