Overview
Tyler is the Head of Business Development at BAO, where he leads growth strategy and client engagement across the firm. A licensed CPA with over a decade of accounting and finance experience, Tyler has built a career at the intersection of public accounting, private equity, and corporate development.
Tyler began his career with Deloitte before moving into private equity execution at The White Oak Group. He went on to hold leadership roles in corporate development at Mirion Technologies (NYSE: MIR), EIS Holdings, and RealManage. Throughout his career, he has successfully executed numerous M&A transactions, developed strategic growth initiatives, and guided companies through complex deal processes, regularly presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors. His expertise spans the full transaction lifecycle—from strategic planning and target sourcing to due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and post-close integration.
Tyler holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and remains an active supporter of Ole Miss athletics. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, he is an avid golfer and skier who enjoys spending his free time outdoors.
